Artwork & Design Approval

By approving your artwork or order, you acknowledge and confirm that all spelling, grammar, colors, dimensions, quantities, placement, layout, garment selections, and overall design details are accurate and approved for production. By approving the order, the customer accepts full responsibility for all information and design details associated with the order.

D'Lux Creations is not responsible for any errors, omissions, misspellings, incorrect sizing, low-resolution artwork, or design issues that were present in the proof and approved by the customer prior to production.

Customer understands that colors displayed on digital screens, mobile devices, printed proofs, or mockups may vary from the final printed product due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, substrates, inks, printing methods, and calibration processes. Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a Pantone color match has been specifically requested, quoted, and confirmed in writing prior to production.

Quotes, Pricing & Estimates

All quotes and estimates are valid for fifteen (15) calendar days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing, material availability, and production timelines are subject to change without notice due to supplier costs, inventory availability, market fluctuations, or circumstances beyond our control.

Payments & Production

A deposit of up to fifty percent (50%) may be required before production begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to pickup, delivery, or shipment unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Orders with unpaid balances may be delayed, withheld, or canceled at the discretion of D'Lux Creations.

Once artwork approval has been received and required payments are made, production may begin immediately. Any requested changes, edits, cancellations, or revisions made after approval are not guaranteed and may result in additional charges, production delays, or full reprint fees. D'Lux Creations is not responsible for costs associated with customer-approved artwork after final approval has been submitted.

Turnaround Time

Standard production turnaround time is estimated at approximately 1–7 business days after receipt of both final payment requirements and approved artwork. Turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing.

Production schedules may be affected by order volume, supplier availability, shipping carrier delays, equipment maintenance, acts of nature, or other circumstances outside the control of D'Lux Creations. Rush production services may be available for an additional fee and must be approved in advance.

Final Sale & Returns

All custom, personalized, printed, embroidered, engraved, or made-to-order products are considered final sale. No refunds, returns, exchanges, chargebacks, or cancellations will be accepted once production has started.

Any issues, defects, shortages, or concerns regarding completed orders must be reported in writing within five (5) business days of order receipt. Failure to notify D'Lux Creations within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the completed order as delivered.

Customer-Supplied Garments

For orders using customer-supplied garments, apparel, or materials, customer acknowledges and accepts that all items are submitted entirely at their own risk. D'Lux Creations is not responsible for damage, shrinkage, dye migration, scorching, manufacturing defects, misprints, press marks, embroidery defects caused by garment quality, or loss of customer-supplied items during the production process.

Due to the nature of custom printing and embellishment, slight variations in placement, sizing, ink coverage, thread color, or finished appearance may occur and shall not be considered defects.

Agreement to Terms

By submitting payment, deposit, written approval, email confirmation, text confirmation, or approving artwork through any communication method, customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions set forth by D'Lux Creations.
