TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using the D'Lux Creations website (the “Site”) and placing an order, quote request, or inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

D'Lux Creations provides custom apparel (including t-shirts, hoodies, hats, embroidery, screen printing, and DTF printing), business printing (including business cards, banners, flyers, and marketing materials), and laser engraving services. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

Quotes provided through our request-a-quote form are estimates based on the information you submit and are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed when an order is approved and artwork is finalized. For products with published pricing, the price displayed at checkout is the total amount charged, including applicable taxes and shipping calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product descriptions. If an order is placed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and offer a refund or a corrected quote.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, images, or text you submit for production. By submitting artwork, you represent and warrant that it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. D'Lux Creations is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork.

If you request design assistance, our team will work with you to create or refine artwork. Design work remains the property of D'Lux Creations until production is completed and paid for. Production proofs must be approved in writing before manufacturing begins.

Online orders are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Payment is collected at the time of checkout unless otherwise arranged for custom or bulk orders. For quote-based orders, payment terms will be specified in your approved quote.

Production timelines vary by product, quantity, and current workload. Any turnaround times discussed are estimates and not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. D'Lux Creations is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including carrier delays or delays in customer artwork approval.

If you opt in to SMS messages, D'Lux Creations may send you text messages about quotes, order updates, proofs, and occasional promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Once a production proof is approved by you, the order is produced as approved. Errors introduced after your written approval (such as spelling or layout changes you requested) are your responsibility. If an error is caused by D'Lux Creations, we will correct or reprint the affected items at no additional cost. Please review all proofs carefully before approving.

Orders may be picked up at our Pahrump, Nevada location or shipped to the address provided at checkout. D'Lux Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once a package leaves our facility and is in the carrier's possession. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final unless the product is defective or produced incorrectly due to an error on our part. If you receive a defective or incorrect order, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt so we can make it right. Refunds, when issued, will be returned to the original payment method.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems. All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of D'Lux Creations or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D'Lux Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
